Job description
Accenture Middle East is seeking a motivated SAP SD Analyst to join its Technology team in Dubai. The role involves maintaining and enhancing the SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module, focusing on improving order-to-cash processes. The candidate will collaborate with business users and technical teams, assist in SAP SD configuration, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to solution development and user training. Key responsibilities
- Support and maintain the SAP SD module by analyzing business requirements and translating them into system solutions
- Assist in the configuration and customization of SAP SD functionalities such as order to cash process, pricing, billing, delivery, and credit management
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements
- Provide end-user support and troubleshoot SAP SD-related issues
- Participate in testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing
- Work with technical teams to develop system enhancements, reports, and interfaces
- Assist in preparing training materials and conducting user training sessions
- Monitor data integrity and ensure compliance with SAP SD process standards
Experience & skills
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience working with SAP SD module
- Strong understanding of sales and distribution business processes including order management, pricing, shipping, and billing
- Experience in SAP SD configuration and troubleshooting
- Good knowledge of SAP integration with other modules such as MM, FI, and PP
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into SAP solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution is an advantage
- Exposure to SAP Solution Manager and support tools is preferred
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
