Job description
As a Relationship Manager – Priority Banking at Emirates NBD, you will spearhead the acquisition of new client relationships within the affluent segment while nurturing and expanding existing ones. Your objectives include meeting revenue targets across assets, liabilities, investments, and insurance, ensuring exceptional service standards and maximizing client satisfaction. The role also requires strict adherence to UAE Central Bank regulations and anti-money laundering protocols.

Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Priority Banking customers, nurturing relationships and supporting business development through client acquisition, account management, and collaboration with Product Specialists.
- Demonstrate expertise in Priority Banking offerings, serving as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Actively cross-sell products and market new services to increase share of wallet.
- Adhere to operational, sales, and anti-mis-selling policies.
- Maintain compliance, KYC, and client profiles.
- Assess client risk tolerance, uphold confidentiality, and document meetings.
- Promptly report suspicious transactions.
- Monitor and exceed client satisfaction levels.
- Cross-sell bank services and stay updated on market trends.
- Maintain open communication as a valuable team player.
- Pursue self-development by identifying and communicating training needs promptly to the Unit Manager.
Experience & skills
- University Degree in Business or Finance.
- Minimum 3 years in a sales role within the financial services/banking industry.
- Experience across a wide range of banking areas including Retail and Wealth Management.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
