Tamara, Saudi Arabiaâs first fintech unicorn, is hiring a People Business Partner to support its dynamic People team in Riyadh. The role is both strategic and tactical, designed for an HR professional with experience in employee relations, talent management, organizational development, and compliance with Saudi labor law. The ideal candidate will partner with leadership to drive people-related strategies that support the companyâs ambitious business goals. Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Provide HR partnership and day-to-day support for assigned business groups, aligned with strategic goals.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with leaders and employees to support HR and business initiatives.
- Coach and influence managers to drive performance and achieve objectives.
- Manage employee relations and implement best practices to strengthen workplace culture.
- Lead talent development, succession planning, and performance gap analysis for assigned groups.
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws and work with legal/compliance departments as needed.
- Implement and improve HR processes like performance management, compensation, and workforce planning.
- Identify training, coaching, and development needs across teams and leadership levels.
- Collaborate with other HR functions including International HR, Immigration, and Payroll to ensure seamless HR services.
Experience & skills
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
- Proven experience coaching and supporting employees and managers on complex issues.
- Strong foundation in HR practices, employment law, and compliance requirements.
- Solid knowledge of KSA labor regulations.
- Demonstrated business acumen and client management skills.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Experience in delivering HR strategies and project management.
