Job description
The Product Manager at Noon Academy will own meaningful student-centric outcomes, including student learning success, within a rapidly scaling Education Technology (EdTech) platform serving over 12 million students and teachers across the Middle East. Based in Riyadh with a Hybrid work arrangement, the role requires direct engagement within the Noon hybrid school environment to deeply understand student needs and refine both digital and physical classroom experiences. Noon Academy is transforming education through AI integration, peer-to-peer learning, group-based learning models, and thoughtfully designed physical spaces to enhance learning efficacy and engagement. The Product Manager will work cross-functionally with designers, engineers, and key stakeholders to build, ship, measure, and iterate features rapidly, leveraging product analytics and extracting insights from tables in the data lake to inform decisions. The role includes experimenting with new technologies to improve how students learn, optimizing engagement and educational outcomes, and contributing to a mission-driven organization that has raised $41 million in Series B funding, achieved profitability, and operates at global scale. The position requires fluency in Arabic and English and a strong understanding of Saudi culture to ensure culturally aligned product experiences while scaling star teachers virtually and enhancing digital learning platforms.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Own student learning success metrics and drive measurable product outcomes aligned with educational impact
- Work directly with students within the hybrid school environment to gather insights and translate findings into product direction
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to build and ship new product features
- Measure feature impact using product analytics and extract insights from data lake tables to inform iteration
- Iterate on product features based on feedback, usage data, and learning efficacy outcomes
- Experiment with AI integration and new technologies to enhance student engagement and group-based learning experiences
- Refine the integration between physical classroom environments and digital learning platforms
- Drive rapid feature experimentation and continuous improvement cycles within a growth-stage startup environment
- Contribute to scaling the platform across the Middle East while maintaining high product quality and student satisfaction
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate fluency in Arabic and English
- Possess deep understanding of Saudi culture to inform product decisions
- Show experience as an early hire at a startup or building a product from scratch
- Extract insights and meaning from tables in data lake environments to guide product strategy
- Operate effectively within a hybrid school and digital learning platform environment
