Job description
ZATCA requirements, Saudi tax regulations and Reckitt's own internal controls all shape how this role operates day to day, covering VAT, WHT, Zakat, Corporate Tax and Customs compliance for Reckitt KSA. You prepare and submit VAT returns, reviewing the VAT treatment of sales, purchases, imports and intercompany transactions before anything gets filed. WHT calculations, filings and reconciliations move through this seat regularly, alongside support for annual Zakat and Corporate Income Tax filings and tax audits. Tax account reconciliations and supporting schedules stay maintained throughout, giving the finance team a clear record to work from. Customs duties, import VAT and customs-related accounting entries all get reviewed as part of the same compliance picture. External tax advisors, auditors and ZATCA authorities all coordinate through this role when questions or filings need attention. Treasury support runs alongside the tax work, covering cash management, payments, bank reconciliations and cash forecasting. Distributor statements of account get monitored and reconciled too, with discrepancies resolved before they turn into bigger problems.
