Job description
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales and growth initiatives in the beauty and cosmetics sector in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires leveraging deep industry knowledge of professional hair care and cosmetics to identify opportunities, build client relationships, and increase market share. The manager will be accountable for analyzing market trends, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance revenue and brand visibility. The position also involves managing and coordinating sales teams to ensure critical deadlines are met, and tasks are effectively prioritized. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales management tools is required to generate reports, track performance metrics, and support strategic decision-making. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential for stakeholder engagement, client interactions, and internal communication. The Business Development Manager will work closely with key stakeholders to establish partnerships, develop business plans, and drive initiatives that align with organizational goals.

Experience & skills
- 2–3 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the beauty industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas of improvement
- Ability to effectively manage teams and prioritize tasks to meet critical deadlines
- Knowledge of the professional hair care and cosmetics industry in KSA
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both oral and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales management software
