Job description
The Finance Manager in Riyadh leads overall financial management for MHERO & Voyah KSA automotive dealership, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic planning. The role includes reviewing and submitting monthly TB, P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, conducting variance analysis, preparing financial models for pricing, promotions, and expansions, and monitoring annual budgets and cost controls. The manager ensures accurate invoicing, credit control, and dealer financing verification, while managing internal and external audits and tax compliance. Operational responsibilities include month-end and year-end closing, reconciliation, ERP optimization (D365), process automation, and treasury support. The role also involves people management, mentoring accounting teams (AP, AR, GL), conducting financial training, and aligning financial activities with organizational strategy.

Key responsibilities
- Review and submit monthly TB, P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Conduct variance analysis (actual vs. budget) and provide insights to senior management
- Provide financial models for pricing, promotions, and dealership expansions
- Prepare and monitor annual budgets and cost control strategies
- Analyze profit margins for vehicle sales, service, and parts to improve profitability
- Ensure accurate invoicing and credit control for vehicle sales, service, and parts
- Verify dealer financing transactions, LPOs, and commissions from banks and finance companies
- Lead external and internal audits, including Zakat audits, providing necessary financial records
- Ensure tax and financial reporting compliance
- Perform timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing with reconciliations
- Automate processes and enhance ERP system (D365) to optimize efficiency
- Support VP Finance in treasury and working capital management
- Collaborate with Tax Business Partner to ensure BU tax compliance and timely filings
- Lead and mentor accountants, AP, AR, and GL teams
- Conduct regular training on financial policies and compliance
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to align financial activities with business strategy
Experience & skills
- Minimum 7 years of experience; preferred 8–10 years in accounting or finance, preferably in automotive dealership
- B.Com or MBA in Finance
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, controls, governance, and IFRS accounting standards
- Broad understanding of finance operations and processes
- ERP system knowledge, with exposure to MS Dynamics preferred
- Familiarity with KSA tax regulatory framework
- Critical thinking, communication, presentation, and strategy development skills
- Ability to interact with senior leadership and inspire teams
- Experience handling Zakat-related audits and queries
