Job description
As part of Apple’s International Legal team in the Middle East and Africa, the Senior Legal Counsel will support the company's operations and expansion within the Gulf Cooperation Council. This Dubai-based role involves advising global and local legal stakeholders on regulatory, commercial, and public policy issues. The position demands deep expertise in Gulf regional law, particularly with respect to technology products and services. The role includes working with regulators, managing legal risks, contributing to policy advocacy, and enabling Apple's business objectives in the region. Fluency in Arabic and English, legal qualifications from at least one jurisdiction, and a minimum of eight years' experience in international law or in-house legal functions are required. Candidates should be highly adaptable, proactive, collaborative, and have demonstrated the ability to manage complex legal tasks in a fast-changing environment. Frequent travel is necessary.

Experience & skills
- Bachelor of Law or equivalent law degree
- Bar admission in at least one jurisdiction
- Minimum of 8 years of experience at an international law firm or multinational company
- Strong understanding of Gulf Cooperation Council legal frameworks
- Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken
- Proven experience advising on complex legal and regulatory matters
- Experience working with government agencies and regulators in the region
- Excellent judgment, collaboration, and communication skills
