Job description
The Senior Marketing Specialist at Foodics is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive lead generation, and support Foodicsâ brand position in Kuwait. This includes developing monthly social media content calendars, producing short-form video content such as Reels, TikToks, and product demos, briefing and coordinating with external agencies, monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics, conducting market research, managing competitor analysis, developing cross-selling and upselling campaigns, preparing budgets, overseeing marketing expenses, and managing on-ground activation for events. The role requires proficiency in copywriting across English, Arabic, and Kuwaiti dialect, videography and basic video editing, digital marketing tools and platforms, and familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Capcut, and Illustrator. The specialist will contribute to Foodicsâ SaaS and F&B marketing initiatives, ensuring campaigns are aligned with current trends, customer engagement, and brand growth in a competitive marketplace.

- Plan and execute marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation

- Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
- Research relevant events, approach organizers, brief agencies for branded materials production, and manage on-ground activation details
Experience & skills
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing or related field (Masterâs degree is a plus)
- 4â6 years of proven experience in a similar marketing role in Kuwait
- Proficiency in copywriting in English, Arabic, and Kuwaiti dialect
- High awareness of current trends across social media platforms
- Skilled in videography and basic video editing
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
- Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Capcut, and Illustrator
- Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Familiarity with SaaS or F&B industry is a plus
- Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tools
