The Senior Analyst – Procurement at BCG Vantage, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is responsible for supporting client-focused implementation projects in procurement and operations. The role is designed for highly analytical, data-driven professionals with 3–6 years of consulting or industry experience, capable of translating strategy into practical action. The Senior Analyst will contribute to delivering BCG Vantage’s high-impact client engagements by driving project modules, supporting organizational design and implementation, analyzing data, identifying insights, and assisting in the development of operational improvements. The position involves working directly with business leaders and client teams to execute strategies, streamline organizational processes, enhance skill development, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. The role also includes contributing to codifying knowhow and institutional knowledge, developing templates, tools, and frameworks, and mentoring and onboarding junior colleagues. Strong fluency in Arabic and English, advanced use of MS Office, and experience in analytical tools are required. The position offers exposure to diverse industries, opportunities for professional growth, and requires travel to client sites as part of implementation projects. Candidates will apply business transformation principles, work collaboratively in agile environments, navigate complexity and ambiguity, and communicate confidently with a wide range of stakeholders. Key responsibilities
- Drive key modules within implementation projects, executing procurement and operations strategies in alignment with client objectives and project goals
- Analyze data from multiple sources, extract actionable insights, and translate findings into practical recommendations for client operational improvements
- Support organizational design initiatives and the implementation of target operating models, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational efficiency
- Communicate effectively with case teams, client teams, and stakeholders to ensure clarity of objectives, alignment, and high-quality execution of project components
- Streamline and enhance organizational processes and skill development programs to improve efficiency, capability, and alignment with client strategies
- Contribute to codifying knowledge, developing institutional assets, frameworks, tools, and templates for use in client projects and internal knowledge sharing
- Assist in training, mentoring, and onboarding junior colleagues, providing guidance and support to build team capabilities and ensure consistent delivery standards
- Collaborate with BCG Project Leaders, Associates, and Consultants to co-develop solutions, address challenges, and create measurable client impact
- Travel to client sites during assignments to gather requirements, observe operations, and ensure practical and actionable strategy implementation
- Work in agile ways, adapt to complex and ambiguous situations, and propose innovative solutions to challenges while maintaining operational and strategic alignment
Experience & skills
- 3+ years of relevant consulting experience in operations, procurement, or business transformation; 2+ years in consulting roles preferred, or 4–6+ years of industry experience in relevant fields
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred
- Proven ability to analyze data, identify actionable insights, and translate strategic objectives into practical, implementable actions
- Fluency in Arabic and English (reading, writing, and speaking) required
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and business acumen
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint; experience with additional analytical tools is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse teams and client stakeholders
- Experience in project management, including driving modules, monitoring progress, and ensuring high-quality deliverables
- Ability to work collaboratively in agile, fast-paced, and dynamic team environments across multiple geographies
- Flexibility to travel to client sites as needed and work in diverse operational contexts
