Editions runs Deliveroo's network of delivery-only kitchens in partnership with restaurant brands like Wagamama, Starbucks, Pho, and Gourmet Burger Company, and this Site Team Leader role keeps one Dubai site running at its best. You support Site Management in hitting the highest performance possible at the site, covering customer satisfaction, productivity, stock accuracy, tight inventory control, and minimal wastage. A positive, cooperative working environment matters just as much as the numbers, with every task completed and delegated safely, legally, and compliantly. Running the shift efficiently and delivering operational excellence sits at the core of the job, day in and day out. You lead through the team, working closely with site management to hit company objectives, prioritising tasks on shift while staying hands-on where it counts. SOPs get supervised through close oversight and impactful coaching, while dispatch runs accurately to keep orders flowing to riders with minimal mistakes during peak periods. Food safety, cleanliness, and site organisation stay high on the list, alongside good relations with neighbours, landlords, contractors, and other external parties. H&S checks get completed regularly, timekeeping gets supervised accurately, and every shift runs in line with company policy and working time requirements.
