Job description
The Partner Account Executive – UAE role at Cisco operates within the Sales function and serves as a strategic bridge between Cisco and its most influential ecosystem partners, focusing on driving national-scale digital transformation initiatives. The role is embedded in a high-energy, collaborative, and fast-paced team environment responsible for orchestrating complex partner-led sales motions to ensure Cisco is positioned as the partner of choice for cutting-edge AI and cloud computing initiatives. The position involves aligning Cisco’s objectives with global infrastructure trends, supporting national digital strategies, and maintaining Cisco’s long-term growth and market relevance. The Partner Account Executive acts as a trusted advisor to strategic accounts involved in AI advancement and national infrastructure, develops and executes partner sales strategies, collaborates with cross-functional internal teams, manages partner enablement activities, and tracks performance metrics to ensure successful execution of joint go-to-market plans. The role requires deep engagement with senior executives, strong financial and operational acumen, experience in cloud technologies, subscription-based and managed services business models, and familiarity with Cisco’s portfolio including networking, data center, cloud, security, and AI solutions, with a strong emphasis on the UAE and broader Middle East market.

- Serve as a strategic advisor to key partner accounts driving advancements in AI and national infrastructure initiatives
- Develop and implement partner sales strategies to increase Cisco’s relevance and value across joint initiatives
- Build, maintain, and leverage trusted relationships with senior executives and partner customers to influence and complete joint strategic plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale revenue streams aligned with national priorities and digital transformation goals
- Orchestrate partner enablement initiatives and manage performance metrics to ensure effective execution of joint go-to-market plans
- Align partner engagement strategies with global infrastructure trends and national digital transformation agendas
- Coordinate complex, partner-led sales motions within a matrixed organizational environment
- Position Cisco as the preferred technology partner for AI, cloud, and infrastructure transformation programs
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate proven experience in technology sales and partner management within the IT industry
- Show a consistent track record of working with or through partners to drive profitable growth and measurable revenue
- Exhibit the ability to lead within complex, matrixed organizations and coordinate diverse customers toward defined outcomes
- Apply strong operational excellence and financial acumen in managing partner relationships
- Possess professional-level proficiency in written and spoken English for business communication and presentations
- Have regional experience in the UAE or broader Middle East market
- Demonstrate proficiency in Arabic as an advantage
- Show experience with cloud technologies, services, subscription sales, and managed services business models
- Demonstrate sound knowledge of Cisco’s portfolio including networking, data center, cloud, security, and AI solutions
