Job description
The Senior Editorial Producer will play a key role in project managing creative content campaigns for five luxury brands under Al Tayer Insignia. This includes overseeing photoshoot production, managing budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communications. The role involves delivering BAU and campaign shoots (local and international), managing seasonal calendars, sourcing talent, equipment, and locations, while ensuring deadlines are met. The candidate will also handle all financial aspects of production including quotes, invoices, and budget reporting.

Key responsibilities
- Manage production for all BAU shoots, pre and post, and handover of assets
- Manage production for all campaign shoots, including abroad
- Drive monthly and yearly calendar
- Manage workflow and meet asset deadlines
- Drive communications with other stakeholders
- Lead weekly production meetings to monitor schedules and liaise with key task owners
- Source and book talent, location, equipment, and props for shoots in liaison with Fashion Editors and Art Directors
- Prepare and communicate detailed production schedules and timings to all key stakeholders
- Effectively manage all quotes, invoices, and billing for shoots
- Manage budgets and track all charges, making quarterly reports
- Manage production on set during shoots
- Outline workflow procedures and schedules for all 5 channels
- Deliver seasonal shoot calendar for all 5 digital channels
- Work closely with stakeholders for Marketing and Creative content
Experience & skills
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience as editorial producer for luxury e-commerce, publication, or luxury brands
- Strong knowledge of UAE and local production requirements
- Possess good database of talent contacts
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proactive and resourceful approach
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Detail-oriented and self-driven
