Job description
The Enterprise Risk Manager will support the implementation of DP World's risk and resilience framework across global operations. The role involves close collaboration with business units and regional offices to identify, analyze, and mitigate risks. The position is key in supporting risk workshops, creating management dashboards, and driving the internal controls self-assessment programme, while promoting a strong risk culture across the organization.

Key responsibilities
- Facilitate the rollout of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Policy and Framework across the DP World Group
- Liaise with business units, regional offices, divisions, and corporate functions to ensure key risks are identified and risk registers are maintained
- Work with risk champions to review and monitor risk activities, ensuring detailed analysis is performed quarterly
- Conduct detailed risk analysis across regions and divisions to identify key risk themes and trends
- Challenge and verify the classification, recording, and actioning of all risks and controls
- Prepare regular risk intelligence and analysis reports for senior management
- Enhance the ERM system and support its use in risk analytics and momentum
- Arrange and facilitate risk identification workshops across DP World locations
- Continuously update and refine the DPW risk category universe
- Conduct independent risk assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of control measures
- Research and scan emerging risks that impact the enterprise
- Conduct ERM training and awareness sessions
- Coordinate with Group Internal Audit to ensure compliance with the ERM framework
- Promote positive behaviors aligned with DP Worldâs values and principles
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Experience & skills
- Bachelor degree
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Enterprise Risk Management
- Proven experience in ERM in the logistics industry
- Knowledge of ERM standards such as ISO 31000 and COSO ERM
- Experience influencing senior business leaders and cross-functional collaboration
- Project and programme management skills
- Strong analytical understanding of processes, risks, and controls
- Exceptional change control and risk issue management skills
- Excellent report writing and facilitation skills
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal and decision-making communication abilities
- Ability to work globally across multi-cultural teams
- Energetic, flexible, self-starter with problem solving and leadership skills
