Job description
The B2B Manager for ACE Hardware at Al-Futtaim will be responsible for driving the development and execution of the Business-to-Business (B2B) vertical across MENA. This includes creating and executing sales strategies, building strong partnerships, and ensuring digital transformation initiatives align with ACEās āDigital Firstā strategy. The role requires strong commercial acumen, customer focus, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver top-line and bottom-line results. The position also involves digital integration, strategic partnerships, and operational process optimization to ensure excellent customer experience and sustained growth of the B2B vertical.

Key responsibilities
- Develop, define and prioritize key strategic objectives for B2B business
- Create analytical frameworks and models to forecast business performance and recommend solutions
- Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards for performance management
- Deliver accurate analysis and reporting of financial and operational performance
- Track performance against budgets, schedules, and targets
- Develop annual regional business plans and negotiate delivery with brand partners
- Oversee setup of EIT, E-commerce, and Sales & Distribution channels for B2B
- Maximize turnover through effective sales planning and forecasting
- Develop information points in stores to support B2B queries
- Ensure the vertical has a digital roadmap strategy aligned with Digital First initiative
- Activate stock integration projects to maximize online sales
- Collaborate with data teams to generate insights and identify new opportunities
- Identify and manage strategic partnerships to grow awareness and adoption of B2B vertical
- Plan and maximize ACE sales and profit contribution in MENA
Experience & skills
- Graduate degree in Commerce & Business Studies; MBA preferred
- 5ā8 years of experience in Business Development & Sales in MENA
- Experience in B2B planning, organizational skills, and strategic vision
- Proven ability in digital transformation and change management
- Strong communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders
- Ability to coach, mentor, and engage teams effectively
- Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for service and engagement
- Flexibility to work outside normal hours as required
