Job description

Cards projects and other finance related initiatives across the Group are the main focus for this Project Manager within ADCB's GBS team in Dubai. The position is a Fixed Term contract of 3 years. Each project starts with defined activities, key milestones and an identified delivery team under your management. Budgets are prepared up front and tracked closely, with corrective action taken whenever progress drifts from agreed deadlines. Vendor sourcing runs through internal stakeholders, including RFPs and checks for existing approved vendors, and vendor effectiveness, timeliness and quality stay under review. Project meetings keep stakeholders updated on risks and issues, and they are also a chance to push for changes that add value. Documentation and records must meet internal standards and future audit requirements. Candidates need at least 10 years in financial services, including independent management of finance projects, ideally in cards. PMP or Scrum/Agile certification is required, along with knowledge of Cards & Payment, Core Banking and enterprise systems.
