Job description
Salla is hiring three Marketing Specialists through the Tamheer program to gain hands-on experience and develop skills across marketing disciplines, with specialization tracks in Social Media (creating and managing impactful content across platforms to drive engagement), Graphic Design (developing creative, visually appealing designs to support marketing initiatives), and Copywriting/Technical Writing (delivering compelling copy and clear technical content to strengthen brand messaging). The roles contribute to shaping marketing strategies, executing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance Sallaās brand presence and customer engagement by supporting the development and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns, conducting market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape, creating engaging content for digital platforms including social media, blogs, and newsletters, helping manage social media accounts (posting, scheduling, and responding to inquiries), monitoring and analyzing campaign performance to provide actionable insights, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align efforts, participating in marketing events and promotions, and staying current on industry trends and best practices in marketing.
