Job description
Foodics' CEO Office Manager works directly alongside the CEO, managing calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports while serving as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and external partners. This role contributes to business efficiency by providing personalized, timely support to the CEO and C-suite as needed. You will manage the CEO's schedule, including meeting scheduling and travel planning, while also handling board meeting logistics from sending materials for review to taking and distributing notes. Information flow gets managed accurately and on time, with conference calls coordinated, notes transcribed, and correspondence and meeting minutes typed up. Travel and accommodation arrangements get made as needed, and information for internal and external communication, including memos, emails, presentations, and reports, gets formatted clearly. CEO queries receive prompt responses, and internal communication gets facilitated through information distribution and presentation scheduling. Discretion and professionalism run through every interaction, given the sensitivity of executive-level information handled daily. Business acumen and stakeholder management skills support this role in navigating multiple priorities across a fast-growing organization.
