Job description
The Director, Product Management, Processing - MPMS will lead the growth of Mastercardās processing and multicurrency product portfolio in the United Arab Emirates by combining deep product expertise with commercial acumen to identify opportunities, shape go-to-market strategies, and ensure processing solutions meet evolving customer and market needs. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, expanding client relationships, and driving revenue through innovative payment and processing initiatives; acting as a subject-matter expert engaging financial institutions, fintechs, and corporate clients to deliver tailored solutions for cross-border and multicurrency processing; collaborating cross-functionally with product, technology, operations, and business development teams; developing and driving the pipeline and delivering against strong targets; and aligning with Mastercardās purpose to power economies and support secure, simple, smart, and accessible digital payments in 200+ countries and territories. Requirements emphasize extensive experience in processing/payments, proven experience in product management/business development/strategy within payments, processing or financial services, skill in building business cases, market analyses and go-to-market strategies, experience creating and driving a sales pipeline of >100M, experience managing a full P&L, excellence engaging senior executives internally and externally, and passion for innovation and financial inclusion. Corporate Security Responsibility includes abiding by Mastercardās security policies and practices, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of information accessed, reporting suspected information security violations or breaches, and completing periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercardās guidelines.

- Identify new opportunities in processing and multicurrency offerings and shape go-to-market strategies aligned to customer and market needs.
- Expand client relationships and drive revenue through innovative payment and processing solutions across financial institutions, fintechs, and corporate clients.
- Act as a subject-matter expert on processing to deliver tailored cross-border and multicurrency solutions that meet client requirements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, technology, operations, and business development teams to develop and execute growth initiatives.
- Develop and drive the sales pipeline and deliver against strong revenue targets for processing solutions.
- Engage senior executives internally and externally to position Mastercardās processing capabilities and secure portfolio growth.
- Support information security by abiding by Mastercard security policies, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of information, reporting suspected violations, and completing mandatory security trainings.
Experience & skills
- Extensive experience in a processing / payments role.
- Proven experience in product management, business development, or strategy within payments, processing, or financial services.
- Skilled in understanding and building business cases, market analyses, and go-to-market strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to engage senior executives internally and externally.
- Passion for innovation, financial inclusion, and delivering exceptional products and services.
- Experience in creating and driving a sales pipeline of >100M.
