Job description
Atlantis The Palm and Atlantis The Royal both need MENA market growth, and that responsibility sits with this Manager, Leisure Sales role at Atlantis Dubai. Developing and penetrating key MENA markets through focused sales strategies and tailored business approaches is the core of the job, alongside managing and growing existing accounts and developing new business for both resorts. Relationships with DMCs, wholesalers, travel agencies and retail partners across the Middle East all fall within scope, as does developing business from VIP, royalty and other high-value customer segments. You'll plan and execute market initiatives such as roadshows, sales missions, elite events and trade shows, representing both resorts at international trade shows and industry events along the way. Regular sales calls and consistent communication with key accounts and market partners keep relationships strong, while new business gets identified and converted to grow revenue, occupancy, average rates and overall business volume. Low demand periods call for their own strategies too, including ways to increase local food and beverage revenue when leisure bookings slow down. As the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and territories, this role tracks market trends and customer feedback and feeds those insights back to support business decisions. Working closely with internal sales teams, achieving monthly and annual KPIs, and travelling to key MENA markets as business demands all come with the territory.
