Job description
The Marketing Planning & Execution Lead will support the strategic planning process for the brand and marketing department, acting as a key strategic partner to the Personal Banking Group business units including deposits, wealth, elite banking, and mortgages. This role ensures alignment between business priorities and marketing initiatives by coordinating with internal teams and agencies to deliver a comprehensive, integrated marketing plan. Responsibilities include managing the annual marketing calendar, overseeing the budget, ensuring seamless campaign execution across all channels, and serving as a single point of contact between marketing and business units. The position also involves agency coordination, performance tracking, and ensuring compliance and operational governance.

Key responsibilities
- Lead the development of annual marketing plans in partnership with business stakeholders, setting strategic priorities and objectives across key business areas.
- Work closely with brand, creative, digital, PR, social, and media teams to ensure integrated marketing plans aligned with business needs.
- Manage the overall calendar of marketing activities and ensure alignment across departments.
- Establish a structured briefing process to gather insights and requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Serve as the main liaison between the brand and marketing department and internal business units.
- Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring allocation aligns with strategic priorities and track ROI for marketing initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and ensure alignment with strategic marketing objectives and quality output.
- Set KPIs and measure the success of marketing initiatives across business lines.
- Provide regular updates on marketing activities and performance to business stakeholders.
- Ensure documentation and approvals are properly managed and support audit-related activities as required.
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in strategic marketing planning, campaign management, or marketing operations.
- Experience preferably in banking, financial services, or a related industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in coordinating multi-channel marketing initiatives.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Experience with budget management and allocation.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering marketing plans on time and within budget.
