Job description
As Field CTO for Saudi Arabia, you will serve as a senior customer-facing technology leader within Oracleâs Office of the CTO. Youâll lead high-level strategic engagements with C-level executives to shape the technology vision and cloud transformation journeys of key clients. The role involves designing innovative, end-to-end enterprise cloud and platform solutions, supporting âinspireâ activities, building long-term trust-based relationships, and collaborating with internal teams across engineering, product, and consulting. Youâll play a crucial role in large-scale architecture design, solution integration, and business transformation aligned with Oracleâs technology portfolio.

Key responsibilities
- Lead large-scale, complex solution design and technical strategy engagements with enterprise customers.
- Inspire customer vision by demonstrating Oracle's technology value across cloud, data, AI, and platform capabilities.
- Engage with CIOs, CTOs, and business stakeholders to build transformation strategies and architecture roadmaps.
- Work with cross-functional Oracle teams including Account Engineers, Cloud Architects, and Product teams.
- Deliver technical workshops and planning sessions, identifying current state gaps and future-state architecture.
- Support account teams by defining scope, creating work breakdown structures, and transitioning knowledge to implementation teams.
- Develop reusable architecture frameworks and contribute to Oracle's internal CTO content library.
- Engage in thought leadership via events, publications, and social media to elevate Oracleâs strategic positioning.
- Ensure solutions align with Oracleâs methodology and industry standards while advocating for continuous innovation.
- Advise on organizational impact, migration strategies, and rapid deployment of Oracle technologies.
Experience & skills
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles such as CTO, Head of Cloud, or Head of Transformation.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (PaaS, IaaS) and enterprise digital transformation.
- Strong understanding of Oracle's technology stack or similar enterprise solutions.
- Hands-on knowledge of architectural frameworks such as TOGAF, OADP, or OEAF.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and build strategic relationships with C-level stakeholders.
- Exceptional presentation, leadership, and consultative sales capabilities.
- Experience in designing holistic IT strategies across multiple domains (cloud, AI, integration, data).
- Passion for emerging technologies, innovation, and technical excellence.
- Track record of success in complex, matrixed environments with global and local teams.
- Saudi Nationality required due to role location and strategic alignment.
