Job description
The Senior Manager - Quality and Assurance at The Red Sea Development Company (RSG) is responsible for managing the implementation of quality policies and standard operating procedures aligned with RSG corporate, local, and international standards. The role ensures service delivery meets customer expectations while maintaining compliance with regulations and ISO requirements. This position oversees all aspects of the Quality Assurance program within Mobility operations, including Quality Management, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), Risk Management, and Business Resilience. The role requires developing, implementing, and maintaining quality systems, document control libraries, auditing processes, and certification programs. The Senior Manager supports Mobility leadership by driving continuous improvement, monitoring KPIs, analyzing complaints, and ensuring corrective actions are effectively implemented. Responsibilities include advising on quality strategy, conducting internal audits, providing training on quality standards, and supporting compliance with corporate governance frameworks. The position plays a strategic role in enhancing customer experience through quality assurance, data-driven insights, and improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with RSG and Mobility Co.âs long-term vision and mission. The role is based full-time at the Amaala site in Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities
- Translate the Quality Assurance strategy into operational business plans and monitor performance to achieve functional objectives.
- Support the development and implementation of annual business plans and quality-related targets aligned with RSGâs vision and mission.
- Contribute to preparing and monitoring the quality functionâs budget, identifying areas for improvement and performance optimization.
- Provide support in obtaining and maintaining international standard certifications and ensure alignment with RSG Management Systems.
- Oversee all Assurance activities within Mobility operations, covering Quality Management, HSE, Risk Management, and Business Resilience.
- Establish and maintain document control systems supporting ISO certification and quality compliance.
- Assist the Mobility Director in implementing service delivery improvements per the Quality strategy.
- Monitor quality KPIs to assess performance effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support the operations team in investigating customer complaints and reviewing risks and opportunities.
- Lead and participate in quality-related meetings, audits, and inspections across all organizational levels.
- Develop and review Quality Plans, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with corporate and local requirements.
- Provide technical support and guidance to operations teams on all quality and compliance matters.
- Conduct regular quality inspections, audit programs, and training sessions to promote quality awareness.
- Assist in incident and accident investigations, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
- Support top management in establishing and maintaining safe workplace practices and promoting a culture of quality and safety.
- Apply safety, quality, and environmental management policies to ensure compliance and responsible operations.
- Support the development of operational dashboards tracking quality metrics, customer feedback, and service improvements.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of feedback and collaboration to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency.
Experience & skills
- Minimum of 10 years of practical experience in quality assurance, preferably within large-scale programs or developments.
- Holding a Degree or Diploma in Quality or allied fields.
- Knowledge and application of management concepts including goal setting, planning, and execution.
- Experience working on major programs or with developers, ideally in transportation or hospitality operations.
- Certified Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor; Six Sigma accreditation or equivalent quality training preferred.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards, ISO frameworks, and principles of continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with local regulatory requirements and international best practices.
- Ability to perform incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.
- Competence in preparing quality reports, tracking KPIs, and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Strong communication, planning, and leadership skills to engage with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
