Job description
The Specialist ā E-Commerce Marketing (Digital & SEO) in Dubai is responsible for determining scalable growth and efficiency opportunities in paid search and digital marketing across online channels (web, mobile, app). The role develops and implements comprehensive digital marketing plans encompassing SEM, paid social media, and display advertising in line with brand plans and business priorities; plans and controls the digital marketing budget to ensure efficient spend; monitors and reviews online payment transactions to understand customer behavior and identify key data points to increase conversion rates; identifies new paid media channels, makes recommendations, communicates opportunities to management, and executes approved initiatives; and maximizes conversions by tracking and improving the customer journey to positively impact channel KPIs. The position collaborates with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance cost efficiencies and conversion rates, creates and manages a recurring testing and experimentation plan across digital channels to capture and internalize learnings, forecasts demand and potential for each eCommerce channel to scale sustainably while benchmarking metrics and creatives against competition and incorporating actionable insights, and utilizes internal tools such as Google Analytics, AppsFlyer (Appsflyer), and ad platform reporting for planning and optimization. Additional scope includes improving app campaign performance and increasing app retention through analysis of marketing measures, and defining and monitoring all relevant campaign metrics and overall flydubai app performance figures. The role requires a Bachelorās degree, 6ā8 years of digital marketing experience with excellent knowledge of digital concepts and practice, comprehensive understanding of the business and demand generation e-commerce initiatives, technical working knowledge of SEO and Google Ads account management with bid management experience, experience with analytics programs like Google Analytics and Appsflyer, experience managing agencies and interpreting data, plus knowledge of display and retargeting; Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential. Fluency in English is required (other languages an advantage). The role also requires adherence to ISR policies, diligent incident/weakness reporting, completion of ISR awareness sessions, and following associated guidelines in day-to-day operations.

Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelorās Degree (3+ years) in Communications, English, Marketing, Information Sciences, or a related field
- Bring 6ā8 years of experience in digital marketing with excellent knowledge of digital marketing concepts and practice
- Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of the business, products/services, target audience, and support for demand generation e-commerce initiatives
- Show technical working knowledge of SEO and Google Ads account management with bid management experience
- Have experience with analytics programs such as Google Analytics and Appsflyer/AppsFlyer
- Demonstrate experience managing agencies and interpreting data for optimization
- Possess knowledge of display and retargeting
- Be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
