Job description
Oliver Wyman’s Entry-level Consultant Development Program in Abu Dhabi provides recent graduates or final-year students with a structured entry into management consulting, focusing on strategy, operations, risk management, and organizational transformation. Participants work on projects across industries and geographies, conducting research, surveys, and interviews, analyzing data to provide actionable insights, assess problems, and structure solutions. The program emphasizes learning core consulting skills including task structuring, communication, presentation, client management, stakeholder engagement, and analytical thinking. Consultants collaborate across diverse teams, receive formal training, mentorship from a dedicated buddy, career adviser, and talent manager, and may travel locally and internationally. The program fosters inclusivity, flexibility, authenticity, hybrid work, and encourages curiosity, initiative, creativity, and problem-solving. It offers exposure to projects with immediate impact, development of business acumen, and opportunities to specialize across capabilities or industries while supporting sustainable work-life quality through sabbaticals, non-profit fellowships, and externships.
