Job description
The Logistics & Fulfilment Specialist role at Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is responsible for managing day-to-day operational supply chain and logistics activities to maximize process efficiency and productivity across retail operations. The position focuses on executing end-to-end supply chain operations for assigned merchandise categories while ensuring seamless logistics processes aligned with business objectives and cost-efficient operations. The role includes managing Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes in accordance with ETE process guidelines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) approved by the compliance team, registering products with relevant regulatory bodies, and ensuring that certifications remain valid and up to date. The Logistics & Fulfilment Specialist is responsible for validating service provider invoices against agreed contractual terms, submitting billing invoices into relevant systems, and coordinating with FSSC for timely processing. The role requires monitoring daily replenishments to stores, launch deliveries, store returns, and orders involving merchandise and non-merchandise items while coordinating with Visual Merchandising and Marketing requirements. The position also requires providing timely operational updates and customer service to internal stakeholders, maintaining strong professional relationships with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments, and ensuring supply chain efficiency across multi-site retail operations. The role supports operational excellence within a high-volume retail organization and requires strong knowledge of supply chain logistics, vendor coordination, regulatory compliance, and inventory replenishment processes.

Key responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end supply chain activities for assigned merchandise categories including procurement coordination, logistics planning, delivery scheduling, and inventory replenishment to ensure seamless supply chain operations aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and maintain Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes in accordance with ETE process requirements and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) approved by the compliance team to ensure procurement compliance and operational efficiency.
- Register products with relevant regulatory bodies and maintain certifications ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and product documentation standards.
- Validate service provider invoices by reviewing charges against agreed commercial terms and ensuring accuracy before submission for financial processing.
- Submit billing invoices into relevant systems and coordinate with FSSC to ensure timely invoice processing and financial reconciliation.
- Monitor daily replenishments to stores including launch deliveries, store returns, orders, and deliveries of merchandise and non-merchandise items while aligning with Visual Merchandising and Marketing requirements.
- Provide timely updates and operational support to internal stakeholders to support decision-making and maintain customer service standards across supply chain operations.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, vendors, suppliers, and service providers to support efficient logistics operations and ensure smooth coordination across multi-site retail environments.
Experience & skills
- Hold Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or relevant field supporting operational supply chain and logistics management.
- Possess 3–5 years of experience in supply chain or logistics operations within retail or high-volume operational environments.
- Demonstrate exposure to high-volume transaction multi-site retail organization supply chain operations.
- Show proficiency in Microsoft Office including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Demonstrate experience managing end-to-end supply chain operations including replenishment, deliveries, and logistics coordination.
- Possess knowledge of RFQ processes, SLAs, invoice validation, and vendor coordination activities.
- Demonstrate ability to manage regulatory compliance requirements including product registration and certification management.
- Show strong attention to detail and ability to coordinate logistics activities across multiple stakeholders.
