Job description
The Senior Specialist β Member Relations serves as a key front-facing representative of Amaala Yacht Club within the Sports and Entertainment sector, responsible for delivering high-end, personalized service to members, guests, and VIP visitors while supporting day-to-day membership administration. The role ensures seamless arrivals, efficient guest and member check-ins, and accurate maintenance of member profiles, preferences, and service histories within CRM systems. The position supports membership application processing, renewals, and inquiries, and coordinates closely with concierge, marina, food and beverage, and events teams to fulfill member requests. Responsibilities extend to hosting VIP arrivals, guided tours, private viewings, preparation of welcome packs and club collateral, responding to guest feedback, supporting resolution of service issues, and assisting with the execution of club events and member activations. The role also applies safety, quality, and environmental management policies, contributes to continuous improvement initiatives aligned with international best practices, and maintains strict confidentiality of member information in a luxury yacht club environment.

Key responsibilities
- Greet members and guests with a professional welcome to ensure a seamless first impression
- Assist with daily guest and member check-ins, appointments, and itinerary coordination
- Maintain accurate member profiles, preferences, and service histories within CRM systems
- Support processing of membership applications, renewals, and member inquiries
- Coordinate with concierge, marina, food and beverage, and events teams to fulfill member and guest requests
- Prepare welcome packs, club collateral, and communication materials for new and prospective members
- Assist in hosting VIP arrivals, guided tours, and private viewings
- Maintain confidentiality of member information and act as a trusted point of contact
- Respond to guest feedback and assist in resolving service issues promptly and professionally
- Support organization and execution of club events, member activations, and seasonal programs
- Apply safety, quality, and environmental management policies to ensure compliance and service excellence
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on process enhancement, cost reduction, and productivity improvement
Experience & skills
- Diploma or Bachelorβs degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field
- 2β4 years of experience in luxury hospitality, front office, or member services roles
- Experience using CRM systems and guest-facing technology
- Ability to support VIP guests and operate within high-end private club environments
