Job description

Responsibilities include provisioning, de-provisioning, and modifying user access throughout the employee lifecycle, handling branch transfer access requests through IDAM portals, and maintaining accurate access records and trackers. The role also involves conducting periodic access reviews to identify unused or inappropriate access and disabling access where required. Additionally, the role supports troubleshooting access-related issues for branches and operations teams, participates in system testing activities, and joins scheduled user access management support calls.
