Job description
The Global HR Business Partner will be responsible for executing international HR strategies that support AD Ports Groupās global expansion across diverse regulatory and cultural landscapes. The role involves driving change management, supporting workforce planning, ensuring legal compliance across jurisdictions, and serving as a trusted HR advisor. The position collaborates with terminal and country-level HR teams and business leaders, with a strong focus on embedding a culture of inclusion, ethics, safety, and performance. It also requires leveraging HR systems for data-driven decision-making and operational insights across international operations.

Key responsibilities
- Execute international HR strategies aligned with the company's growth strategy while navigating varied regulatory, cultural, and economic landscapes.
- Support organisational design and workforce planning initiatives for both green and brown field projects.
- Drive change management efforts related to mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, or digital transformation.
- Participate in designing and implementing employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
- Collaborate with AD Ports Groupās business units to identify international HR needs and coordinate processes.
- Solve people-related challenges in cooperation with country or terminal level HR management and teams.
- Support the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures across multiple territories.
- Act as a trusted advisor to resolve international employee matters including grievances and disciplinary cases.
- Maintain awareness of changes in international and national employment laws and ensure compliance.
- Consolidate employment-related compliance reporting.
- Leverage HRIS to provide HR intelligence and improve data accuracy and adoption.
- Prepare international HR reports on key metrics and trends and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR teams, management, and external vendors.
- Support the development of continuous improvement practices in terminals.
Experience & skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Proficiency in English; additional language proficiency in French, Spanish, Arabic, or Russian is advantageous.
- 12ā15 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in a regional or global HR role in a multinational organization.
- Experience in a Centre of Excellence in Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, Compliance & Employee Relations, or Talent Acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of multinational employment standards and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Experience managing HR operations across multiple continents in a matrix structure.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to leverage HR data.
- Adaptability to fast-paced, dynamic environments.
