Job description
The Analyst of Project Controls (CDU BU, on-site, Riyadh) supports the Centre of Excellence in strategic initiatives aligned with Vision 2030 and Qiddiya’s objectives, including compliance with Stage Gate templates and process, development process and procedures governance frameworks, and the Target Operating Model (TOM). The role compiles data on the Stage Gate process and deliverable templates based on internal feedback; drafts, updates, and formats Stage Gate policies, procedures, and best practices; compiles best-practice templates for submission to the knowledge management database; supports COE initiatives such as implementing project tracking systems and developing dashboards and reporting mechanisms to monitor progress on key performance metrics, timelines, and budgets; prepares reports and presentations to update committees and management on Stage Gate data and COE initiatives; and provides general project support, data entry, and administrative tasks. The position also supports drafting guidance, manuals, and updates for Stage Gate processes and templates, and contributes to ad hoc COE initiatives and projects in a fluid, fast-paced environment across different internal functions and stakeholders.

- Draft, update, and format templates, policies, and procedures related to Stage Gates, including governance and best practices
- Compile best-practice templates and submit to the knowledge management database
- Support implementation of project tracking systems and develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms to monitor KPIs, timelines, and budgets
- Prepare reports and presentations to update committees and management on Stage Gate progress and COE initiatives
- Support drafting of guidance, manuals, and updates for Stage Gate processes and templates
- Provide general project support, data entry, and administrative tasks for COE activities
- Support ad hoc COE initiatives and projects as required
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Project Management, Real Estate, or a related field
- Have at least 3 years of experience in the corporate sector
- Demonstrate experience with office software and tools
- Be comfortable and adaptable working in a fluid, fast-paced, and challenging environment across internal functions and stakeholders
- Demonstrate diligence and a willingness to learn
- Be fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
