Job description
The CEMEA Media Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, planning, and execution of hyper-local, digital-first paid media campaigns across key CEMEA markets including Saudi Arabia, Türkiye, United Arab Emirates, and Poland. As part of the global Marcom organization, the role ensures that media strategy aligns seamlessly with creative development to deliver impactful, engaging, and innovative marketing experiences. The position serves as the regional media expert, partnering with advertising teams and agency partners to drive performance-driven campaigns across social, search, and broader digital ecosystems. This role requires deep expertise in digital platforms, media analytics, AI-driven optimization, and evolving ad technologies to maintain leadership in a rapidly transforming media landscape.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of paid media campaigns across CEMEA markets, including digital and social platforms
- Act as the regional media expert, identifying innovative ways to reach new audiences through emerging digital channels
- Collaborate closely with advertising and creative teams to integrate media insights into campaign development from concept to execution
- Interpret digital performance metrics, SEM data, and analytics reports to generate actionable insights for campaign optimization
- Oversee and optimize media budgets, ensuring effective allocation aligned with quarterly and annual planning cycles
- Guide and inspire agency partners to deliver high-impact, innovative, and performance-driven campaigns
- Continuously evaluate media strategies and test new platforms, formats, and ad technologies to enhance reach and engagement
- Ensure localization strategies reflect cultural nuances and market differences across Saudi Arabia, Türkiye, UAE, and Poland
- Maintain expertise in the broader media mix including broadcast and outdoor to ensure integrated campaign effectiveness
- Stay informed on AI advancements in media buying and analytics, leveraging technology to improve campaign outcomes
- Provide regular updates and thought leadership to the broader Marcom team on media trends and innovations
Experience & skills
- Minimum 10+ years of experience within a media agency (with strong digital focus) or a major digital/social platform
- Proven experience in planning, executing, and reporting on large-scale digital media campaigns across multiple markets
- Deep understanding of social media advertising ecosystems and performance marketing strategies
- Strong knowledge of media buying principles, analytics frameworks, and budget optimization techniques
- Understanding of AI applications in media planning, automation, and performance measurement
- Experience working across culturally diverse markets with the ability to tailor strategies accordingly
- Strong collaboration skills with experience partnering with creative and cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently under tight deadlines
- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and search-based advertising programs is preferred
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
