The Specialist - Check In and Dispatch for Red Sea Global’s Mobility department plays a key role in ensuring the smooth, timely, and efficient operation of transportation services. The role involves coordinating vehicle dispatch according to daily guest transfer schedules, managing driver check-ins and check-outs, monitoring real-time operations through the Magenta system, and ensuring high standards of service delivery. Responsibilities include assigning drivers to vehicles based on operational needs, rerouting in response to urgent requests, and communicating closely with Planning and Operations teams. The specialist conducts grooming checks via the SQOR application to maintain driver appearance and vehicle readiness standards, and ensures compliance with cleanliness and presentation requirements. Additionally, the role encompasses maintaining dispatch records, generating daily operational reports, and tracking key metrics like on-time performance and vehicle utilization. It requires close collaboration with planning teams to identify process improvements, enhance workflow efficiency, and support the rollout of new systems. The position demands a balance of technical and organizational skill, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, operational coordination, analytical decision-making, and safety and compliance awareness.
