Job description
The Digital Product Designer will be responsible for crafting innovative, user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. Based in Dubai with hybrid work flexibility, this role involves leading the design process from research and ideation to final implementation, balancing functionality, aesthetics, and user delight. The designer will collaborate with cross-functional teamsāstrategy, UX, and developmentāto transform ideas into fully realized digital products. A key component of this role is leveraging AI-assisted tools and automation workflows to enhance efficiency, ideation speed, and design scalability. The ideal candidate combines creative problem-solving with technical understanding, ensuring every interface and interaction is both intuitive and aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging, user-focused digital platforms and products from concept to launch
- Conduct user research, benchmarking, sketching, and prototyping to inform product decisions
- Lead and participate in design thinking workshops and co-creation sessions to define goals and align teams
- Collaborate closely with UX, strategy, and development teams to translate insights into actionable designs
- Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline ideation, iteration, and testing processes
- Develop wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes for responsive and mobile-first experiences
- Create visually compelling UI designs that enhance usability and support brand identity
- Define and evolve scalable design systems ensuring visual and functional consistency across products
- Conduct usability testing and integrate feedback into iterative design improvements
- Balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints to guide product design decisions
Experience & skills
- Minimum of 4 yearsā experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer within a digital agency or similar environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and high-quality digital work
- Proficiency in Figma and collaboration tools for design and prototyping
- Experience applying AI-driven design tools and automation workflows in production environments
- Deep understanding of UX principles, user testing, and interaction design best practices
- Ability to design responsive and mobile-first digital experiences
- Strong visual design skills with attention to detail and consistency
- Excellent communication skillsāboth visual and verbal; Arabic language proficiency is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment
- Collaborative mindset and openness to iterative design processes and constructive critique
