The HC Transformation Manager within Internal Firm Services (IFS) – Managed Services at PwC Middle East is responsible for driving the modernization of HR by redesigning HR policies, HR processes, and HR service delivery models while embedding Digital HR, AI tools, and automation solutions into the HR function. The role focuses on assessing current HR practices, identifying HR transformation opportunities, and leading initiatives that enhance efficiency, elevate employee experience, and align HR with future workforce and organizational needs. The position bridges HR strategy with technology enablement to ensure successful execution of digital HR programs and supports the shift toward a scalable, data-driven, and innovative HR operating model. Responsibilities include leading the adoption and integration of digital HR technologies, AI tools, and automation solutions across HR processes; evaluating emerging HR tech trends and their applicability to the HR operating model; reviewing and redesigning existing HR policies, workflows, and service delivery models for standardization, simplicity, and digital enablement; developing future-state HR process maps, governance frameworks, and transformation roadmaps; planning and executing HR transformation initiatives end-to-end; coordinating project timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables; partnering with cross-functional teams and technology partners for system enhancements, automations, and AI-enabled HR tool pilots; supporting the design and rollout of HRIS modules, digital workers, and self-service platforms; using data analytics and HR metrics to evaluate transformation impact and guide data-driven decision-making; leading change management activities; preparing communications, briefing materials, and training content; establishing governance structures; ensuring compliance with data protection, cybersecurity, and regulatory frameworks; and supporting capability-building across HR teams to promote continuous improvement and digital innovation.

- Lead the adoption and integration of digital HR technologies, AI tools, and automation solutions across HR processes to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Evaluate emerging HR tech trends and assess their applicability to the HR operating model to support modernization objectives.
- Review and redesign existing HR policies, workflows, and service delivery models for standardization, simplicity, and digital enablement.
- Develop future-state HR process maps, governance frameworks, and transformation roadmaps aligned with organizational priorities and business strategy.
- Plan and execute HR transformation initiatives end-to-end, coordinating project timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables while providing regular stakeholder updates.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and collaborate with technology partners to implement digital HR solutions, system enhancements, automations, and AI-enabled HR tool pilots.
- Support the design, enhancement, and rollout of HRIS modules, digital workers, and self-service platforms to enable scalable HR service delivery.
- Leverage data analytics and HR metrics to evaluate transformation impact, identify improvement opportunities, and guide data-driven decision-making.
- Lead change management activities including preparation of communications, briefing materials, and training content to ensure successful digital adoption.
- Establish governance structures to oversee transformation programs and ensure compliance with data protection, cybersecurity, and regulatory frameworks.
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate a minimum of 7 years progressive experience in Human Resources with at least 3 years focused on HR transformation, HR process redesign, digital HR, or organizational development.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration; Organizational Development or related field, with Master’s degree in Digital Transformation, Digital Business or Innovation Management preferred.
- Exhibit expertise in HR process design and HR operating model development within transformation environments.
- Possess strong knowledge of HR systems, HRIS modules, digital workers, and self-service platforms.
- Demonstrate experience in data analytics, HR metrics, and insight generation to support evidence-based decision-making.
- Show capability in automation and workflow enablement within HR functions using digital and AI-driven solutions.
- Demonstrate proficiency in change management and digital adoption strategies to support successful HR transformation.
- Exhibit experience in technology-driven project delivery including coordination of timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables.
- Ensure understanding of governance frameworks, data protection, cybersecurity, and regulatory frameworks in digital HR initiatives.
- Maintain proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic.
