Job description
Lead the organization’s enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy and operations, ensuring robust protection of digital assets, IT infrastructure, and business continuity. Oversee the Security Operations Center, drive incident response and threat detection, manage enterprise security architecture, enforce technical control compliance, and foster a high-performing security team.

Key responsibilities
- Define and execute multi-year cybersecurity strategy including defensive, offensive (red teaming), and incident response capabilities.
- Lead Security Operations Center (SOC) for 24/7 monitoring, threat hunting, forensics, and incident response.
- Enhance detection and response capabilities using automation, orchestration, and AI-driven analytics.
- Govern enterprise security architecture across cloud, on-premises, hybrid, endpoints, networks, and identity platforms.
- Manage vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, configuration hardening, and attack surface reduction.
- Serve as technical lead during major cyber incidents, ensuring coordinated response, containment, recovery, and post-incident improvements.
- Collaborate with Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) to implement and remediate technical controls.
- Drive cyber resilience and recovery capabilities aligned with business continuity and critical system availability.
- Manage cybersecurity operations budget, optimize vendor performance, and ensure ROI-focused technology investments.
- Build and lead high-performing security teams, establishing succession plans and promoting operational excellence.
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in IT with specialization in Cyber Security.
- 15+ years of IT experience with at least 10+ years in Cybersecurity and senior leadership roles.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, GCFA, CCTHP, or MTH.
- Strong knowledge of SOC operations, threat detection, incident response, and digital forensics.
- Experience in enterprise security architecture across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
- Proficiency in vulnerability management, penetration testing, configuration hardening, and security automation.
- Leadership experience in building and managing high-performing cybersecurity teams.
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, business acumen, decision-making, and resilience.
