Job description
The Investor Development role within Greenstone is responsible for building, managing, and expanding relationships with new and existing investors across the GCC, with a focus on strategic positioning and long-term engagement. The role supports investor outreach and reactivation initiatives, coordinates and manages investor roadshows, and ensures timely execution and follow-up of investor meetings. Responsibilities include aligning Investor Intelligence Reports with current product offerings, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders such as Investor Relations and product teams to refine messaging, and supporting the development and execution of a comprehensive investor communications strategy. The role works cross-functionally with marketing and leadership to articulate Greenstoneās value proposition, business model, platform capabilities, products, and performance to the investment community, contributing directly to capital raising, investor engagement, and market positioning efforts across Dubai and KSA.

Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage new prospective investors across key GCC markets
- Reactivate dormant investor relationships through tailored outreach strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to generate and secure meetings with high-potential investors
- Coordinate and manage investor roadshow calendars, logistics, and follow-up activities
- Support preparation of investor meetings, presentations, and engagement materials
- Align Investor Intelligence Reports with current investment products and offerings
- Engage with Investor Relations and product teams to optimize investor messaging
- Support the development and execution of an investor communications strategy
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to articulate the firmās value proposition and business model
- Refine, distribute, and manage investor-facing content to enhance understanding of platform performance and products
Experience & skills
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in investor relations, capital raising, or institutional sales
- Maintain strong investor relationships across the GCC region
- Demonstrate established relationships with private banks across the GCC
- Exhibit strong understanding of the investment management landscape and investor behavior
- Show excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building capabilities
- Demonstrate ability to manage multiple workstreams independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
