Job description

Enterprise architecture standards across a defined scope in KSA are set by this Riyadh-based SAP manager, who answers for both the quality of architectural decisions and the strategic alignment of IT with business objectives. Solution design, architectural roadmaps and guardrail standards all sit with you, along with coordination of the architecture team. Senior leadership looks to this position for advice on IT strategy and technology investment. AI runs through the brief, with AI-assisted architecture decisions, agentic engineering and responsible AI (RAI) design expected to shape how the team works. Building team capability in agentic orchestration, context engineering and AI output quality assurance follows from that. Influence stretches across delivery teams, IT leadership, product owners and senior business stakeholders, so executive conversations and consultative selling come up often. Reference architecture, business architecture and product adoption strategies complete the toolkit. Experience leading architecture programmes at scale is essential, including complex roadmap development and growing team capability across multiple architecture domains. The working pattern is hybrid, based in Riyadh.
