Job description
The AVP – Talent Analytics at Aldar leads the company’s people data and analytics function, providing actionable insights for HR and leadership teams. This role oversees end-to-end people data management, ensures compliance with privacy regulations, and translates workforce data into predictive insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities
- Establish and maintain standards for accurate and compliant people data management
- Design, manage, and improve HR dashboards, scorecards, and executive-level reports
- Develop advanced analytics models including predictive attrition, workforce planning, pay equity, and succession risk
- Analyze HR data trends and provide actionable insights to support workforce strategy and employee experience
- Collaborate with P&C teams, Group Technology, and Finance to align workforce data with enterprise reporting
- Continuously enhance reporting tools and visualization methods for actionable insights
- Ensure ethical use of workforce data in compliance with privacy regulations
Experience & skills
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, or business intelligence
- Proven track record in data management, visualization, and analytics storytelling
- Expertise in analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik; SQL and Python/R a plus
- Experience with large-scale HR data sets and integrating multiple data sources
- Familiarity with HR processes across the employee lifecycle
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and quantitative analysis skills
- Excellent communication and data storytelling abilities
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations applicable to workforce data
