The role involves training, developing, and leading a department team within Ulta at Dubai Mall to maximize sales performance and minimize stock loss while upholding a high standard of customer service. Responsibilities include working alongside the team on the shop floor, ensuring Sales Associates are motivated and knowledgeable about the brand, and deputizing for the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager when required. This includes managing retail operations, providing leadership in customer-facing environments, and maintaining commercial and operational standards across the department. Additional expectations include carrying out interviews for new hires, delegating tasks efficiently, negotiating with customers and colleagues, and applying strong communication skills. Proficiency with MS Office tools such as Excel and Word is required, alongside commercial awareness and a business-oriented mindset.
