Job description
The CRM & Listing Administrator role is a contingent, office-based position within a real estate business in Dubai, reporting directly to the CRM & Listings Manager and working alongside a wider marketing and operations team. The role focuses on providing day-to-day administrative and operational support related to CRM systems and property listings across major real estate portals such as Property Finder, Dubizzle, and Bayut. The position is designed for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can manage CRM data accuracy, property listing verification, and reporting in a fast-paced real estate environment. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate and up-to-date property details within CRM platforms, managing and verifying live listings on property portals, compiling and distributing weekly and monthly performance reports, and supporting real estate agents and internal staff with administrative tasks. The role requires handling sensitive information with strict confidentiality, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and the ability to work independently while supporting a growing real estate operation. Prior experience in real estate is advantageous, and the position offers exposure to real estate marketing, CRM administration, and property portal management within a dynamic brokerage setting.

- Provide day-to-day office and operational administrative support to the CRM and listings team

- Manage and maintain CRM systems ensuring all property details are accurate, complete, and up to date
- Compile, prepare, and distribute weekly and monthly reports sharing key results with internal teams
- Support real estate agents and internal staff with administrative and operational tasks

- Perform additional administrative and operational duties as required by the business
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelor’s or College Degree in any field
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Possess strong computer literacy and ability to manage CRM systems
- Demonstrate ability to manage property listings and verify data accuracy
- Have previous experience in real estate as an advantage
- Demonstrate ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced office environment
