Job description
The Specialist Business Governance Analytics role analyzes business sales activity to detect internal policy or TDRA compliance breaches, documents incidents, investigates root causes and recommends control improvements in collaboration with governance leads. The position develops and enhances governance dashboards and reporting tools to improve visibility of compliance performance, reduce manual reporting effort and support data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities include preparing, validating and supporting the submission of governance reports to TDRA and internal stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, completeness and alignment with regulatory expectations, as well as supporting the implementation of temporary workaround actions that help mitigate regulatory risks or gaps while sustainable solutions are developed. The role collaborates with governance, compliance, risk and data teams to ensure consistent and reliable inputs into reporting processes and ongoing alignment on compliance metrics. It also tracks trends in governance data, highlights recurring issues and generates insights to support early risk detection and governance optimization initiatives. Qualifications include a bachelorās degree in business analytics, risk management or telecommunications, 4ā6 years of experience in compliance analytics, regulatory reporting or governance functions, strong understanding of TDRA reporting expectations and business channel compliance risks and proficiency in Power BI, Excel and Tableau. Skills required include knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements and sales governance indicators, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, effective communication for turning data into actionable insights, dashboard design and reporting automation capabilities and a proactive approach to identifying trends and risks.

Experience & skills
- Hold a bachelorās degree in business analytics, risk management or telecommunications
- Possess 4ā6 years of experience in compliance analytics, regulatory reporting or governance functions
- Demonstrate strong understanding of TDRA reporting expectations and business channel compliance risks
- Be proficient in data visualization and reporting platforms such as Power BI, Excel and Tableau
- Have solid understanding of regulatory reporting requirements and sales governance indicators
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Communicate effectively and convert data into actionable insights
