Job description
Anghami Inc. is seeking a Partnerships & Marketing Campaigns Manager to drive growth and brand visibility across its B2B ecosystem, including Anghami and OSN+. The role will focus on leading partner marketing strategies, joint campaigns, and GTM activations, while collaborating closely with business development, brand, creative, and product teams. This is a hands-on role that requires strong campaign management, relationship building, and data-driven decision-making to deliver measurable impact across streaming, e-commerce, fintech, and entertainment partnerships.

Key responsibilities
- Lead partner marketing discussions from pitch to execution, defining GTM strategies
- Develop campaign messaging, positioning, and channel mix across digital platforms
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring quality, timeliness, and approvals
- Collaborate with business development, brand, and product teams to align with revenue goals
- Execute seasonal/tactical campaigns (Ramadan, Black Friday, etc.) and propose quick-win activations
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance through KPIs and dashboards
- Prepare case studies and recaps to document campaign results and insights
- Act as primary operational contact for partners, resolving queries and coordinating with internal teams
- Stay ahead of B2B marketing trends and propose innovative partnership strategies
- Streamline processes to enhance efficiency for account managers and leadership
Experience & skills
- 5–6 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or GTM roles
- At least 2 years of experience in UAE or KSA markets
- Proven success in B2B partnership campaigns and GTM strategies
- Strong end-to-end campaign management skills
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic & English (written and spoken)
- Data-driven mindset with strong KPI tracking and optimization experience
- Excellent partner and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative, product, and technical teams
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Background in e-commerce, fintech, media, or retail preferred
