Job description
Leads the financial management of the business unit, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning. Oversees finance operations, reporting, audits, tax compliance, and works closely with leadership to support business strategy.
Required skills
Financial reporting and analysis (TB, P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
Variance analysis and insight generation
Budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
ERP system management (MS Dynamics/D365 preferred)
Treasury and working capital management
Tax compliance and Zakat management
Audit management (internal, external, Zakat)
Team leadership and mentoring
Process automation and efficiency improvement
Financial modeling for pricing, promotions, and expansions
Key responsibilities
- Review and submit monthly TB, P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Conduct variance analysis (actual vs. budget) and provide actionable insights
- Develop financial models to support dealership pricing, promotions, and expansion decisions
- Prepare and monitor annual budgets and cost control strategies
- Analyze profitability across vehicle sales, services, and parts
- Ensure accurate invoicing, credit control, and dealer financing transactions
- Lead internal and external audits and ensure regulatory compliance
- Automate financial processes and optimize ERP system functionality
- Support treasury and working capital management strategies
- Lead, mentor, and train accounting and finance teams
Experience & skills
- Minimum 7 years of progressive accounting/finance experience (8–10 preferred), ideally within automotive dealerships
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, finance operations, and ERP systems
- Familiarity with Saudi tax regulations and Zakat reporting
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to interact confidently with senior leadership and inspire teams
