The Enterprise Architect - L1 (Architecture) based in Sharjah will interface with customer architecture teams and CTOs, understand customer IT technology strategies and roadmaps, and align Wipro points of view (POVs). The role spans multiple accounts to support opportunity qualification, assist in all phases of the sales and delivery process, prepare technical solutions to RFPs and RFIs, and deliver direct presentations to prospective customers and partners using knowledge of Utility industry trends and standards. Responsibilities include developing product demonstrations (covering specification, testing, and delivery), driving high-quality product and architecture presentations and demonstrations, and demonstrating common product concepts used in the utility industry (e.g., SAP, Oracle, GIS). The role provides technical and product direction to account teams for resolution of issues, assists account teams to ensure customer satisfaction, and requires worldwide travel to customer sites. Mandatory skills include Network Operations - Utilities, with experience greater than 10 years.
