Job description
The Senior Consultant – Contracts Administrator at Turner & Townsend in Riyadh will support the Contract Services Team in delivering contract development, contract management, and dispute resolution and claims management across a range of real estate and built environment projects. This role involves working on live contracts, distressed projects, and performance forensics. The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial and contract administration experience, deep familiarity with FIDIC and other standard contracts, and the ability to compile claim reports and participate in arbitration or litigation processes. A background in quantity surveying, civil engineering, or construction management is required, with preference for those holding or pursuing an MSc in Construction Law and professional certifications such as MCIArb, MCIOB, MRICS, or FRICS. The consultant must be client-facing, confident, analytical, and adaptable to varied project conditions while supporting subject matter experts and contributing to business growth in the region.

Key responsibilities
- Deliver contract development, management, and dispute resolution services
- Support subject matter experts within the Contract Services division
- Work on a variety of construction sectors and project types
- Apply strong contract administration and commercial management expertise
- Utilize FIDIC and other standard contracts in project delivery
- Compile claim reports for dispute resolution or litigation
- Participate in arbitration and/or litigation processes
- Engage confidently in client-facing environments with strong presentation skills

- Prepare and support major bid proposals
Experience & skills
- Hold a degree in quantity surveying, civil engineering, or construction management
- Preferably hold or be undertaking an MSc in Construction Law or similar
- Hold or be working toward chartership such as MCIArb, MCIOB, MRICS, or FRICS
- Have a demonstrable track record in contract and claims services in the property sector
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
