Job description
As the Senior Specialist - Corporate Excellence at Inception, you will drive strategic and operational excellence initiatives to enhance organizational performance, process efficiency, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This role involves leading cross-functional projects from concept to implementation, ensuring measurable business impact while supporting Inception’s AI R&D mission. You will play a pivotal role in aligning excellence initiatives with corporate objectives, engaging stakeholders, and promoting innovation across the organization.

Key responsibilities
- Align projects with the corporate excellence roadmap and strategic objectives.
- Identify improvement opportunities through data analysis and stakeholder engagement.
- Develop business cases, project charters, and improvement plans.
- Plan, execute, and monitor excellence initiatives using PMI / Agile best practices.
- Manage project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation.
- Lead process mapping, gap analysis, and root-cause analysis using Lean/Six Sigma tools.
- Design and implement optimized processes, KPIs, SOPs, and controls.
- Track project performance and savings; prepare dashboards and management reports.
- Drive change adoption and culture of excellence across the organization.
- Act as liaison between executive management and operational teams.
- Facilitate workshops, trainings, and communication initiatives.
- Ensure alignment with corporate policies, ISO standards, and audit requirements.
- Maintain excellence documentation, knowledge management, and best practices.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to sustain project outcomes.
- Build internal capability by rolling out excellence frameworks and training.
- Promote innovation and ownership mindsets across the workforce.
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technical Field, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in Project Management, Operational Excellence, or Transformation.
- Certifications preferred: PMP, Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), Agile.
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of process improvement tools and change management practices.
- Results-driven, collaborative, and ability to influence without authority.
