Job description
Deloitte is seeking fresh graduate Emirati nationals to join as Business Analysts in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. As a Business Analyst, you will work within a team to deliver high-quality consulting services, conduct research and analysis, and support the development and improvement of business processes. The role requires the application of technology fundamentals, structured problem-solving, and exposure to emerging technologies such as RPA, AI, IoT, Blockchain, and Cloud. Candidates must have an undergraduate degree in a relevant field, with MBA or master’s degree considered a plus.

Key responsibilities
- Team with others to produce high quality deliverables to ensure superior client experience
- Collect, assimilate, and analyze relevant data and use standard processes and tools to help surface and support solutions
- Understand basic financial concepts and able to research and find financial and business performance information
- Conduct in depth research and benchmarking analysis to provide clients and team with insights on best practices and bring forward potential solutions

Experience & skills
- Based in the UAE – UAE National
- Undergraduate degree
- MBA or a relevant master’s degree or certificate is a plus
- Fluency in written and spoken English, Arabic is a plus
- Excellent knowledge in MS office applications especially in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Ability to operate and understand excellent project and program management disciplines including production of project plans and key quality program deliverables
- Strong administrative and numeracy skills and ability to analyze complex data with good attention to details
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities in a deadline-oriented environment and flexible work hours
- Willingness to travel (required)
