BNB IN DUBAI is a fast-growing membership-based community helping Airbnb hosts and rental entrepreneurs scale via courses, mentorship programs, and automated learning systems. The Copywriter & Funnel Specialist will own the conversion engine, writing persuasive copy and building high-converting funnels that turn leads into paying customers for the community and course offerings. The role includes writing and optimizing emails, landing pages, sales pages, and checkout flows; end-to-end funnel build and management in Systeme.io; setting up and managing automations in Systeme.io, ManyChat, and Zapier for lead capture, nurture, and sales; continuous testing and refinement of funnel performance through A/B tests on headlines, CTAs, and email sequences; developing and optimizing lead-generation flows (e.g., Instagram → ManyChat → Free Training → Offer); collaborating with the Content Manager to ensure messaging consistency across socials, funnels, and email; monitoring funnel analytics to implement improvements that increase conversion rates; and writing ad copy variations to support paid ad campaigns.
