Job description
MOZN is a leading Enterprise AI company operating in the domains of Financial Crime Prevention and Enterprise Knowledge Intelligence. The Facilities Manager role is responsible for owning end-to-end facilities operations and the day-to-day management of physical workplaces, ensuring safe, efficient, compliant, and employee-centric office environments. The role covers daily operation of office environments, management of facilities services, space planning, maintenance oversight, health and safety compliance, and continuous improvement of workplace experience. The Facilities Manager leads preventive and reactive maintenance programs across Hard FM disciplines including MEP, HVAC, furniture and fixtures, fire alarm systems, and firefighting systems through third-party vendors. The position involves managing on-site service providers, driving service quality, enforcing SLAs, and ensuring high standards of building, equipment, and workplace systems maintenance with minimal business disruption. The role acts as the primary point of contact for workplace-related employee support, oversees workplace safety, wellbeing, and emergency preparedness programs, ensures compliance with local health, safety, and building regulations, and leads audits and corrective actions. The Facilities Manager partners with People, IT, and business teams to support collaboration, hybrid work models, and office utilization while using employee feedback and operational data to enhance workplace experience. The role requires strong knowledge of inspection and approval processes for commercial office facilities with authorities such as Civil Defence and Municipality, extensive experience using MS Office Suite, and the ability to operate effectively in a multicultural office environment within Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities
- Own and manage day-to-day workplace and facilities operations across all office locations
- Plan and scale facilities operations in line with organizational growth and workforce needs
- Ensure high standards of maintenance for buildings, equipment, and workplace systems with minimal disruption
- Lead preventive and reactive Hard FM maintenance programs covering MEP, HVAC, F&FE, fire alarm systems, and firefighting systems through third-party vendors
- Manage and coordinate on-site service providers and vendors to ensure service quality, SLA compliance, and continuous improvement
- Deliver a comfortable, clean, ergonomic, and fully functional workplace environment
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee workplace support and service requests
- Own workplace safety, wellbeing initiatives, and emergency preparedness programs
- Ensure compliance with local health, safety, building regulations, and lead audits and corrective actions
- Collaborate with People, IT, and business teams to support collaboration, hybrid work, and effective office utilization
- Leverage employee feedback and operational data to continuously improve workplace experience and facilities operations
Experience & skills
- Hold a technical diploma or bachelor's degree in civil engineering, MEP, HVAC, or related trades
- Demonstrate 9–10 years of experience overseeing office facilities maintenance and managing external contractors
- Possess working knowledge of commercial office inspection and approval processes with Civil Defence and Municipality authorities
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office Suite and similar platforms
- Hold preferred certifications such as First Aid, Fire Warden, FMP, or IWFM, considered an advantage but not mandatory
- Demonstrate strong Arabic reading and speaking skills with Saudi Arabia-based experience or nationality
