Job description
Based at Emirates NBD (ENBD) Dubai â a MENAT market leader serving 20+ million customers with 97% of transactions conducted outside branches â the Quality Assurance Analyst supports the Governance unit across Audit, Quality Assurance, and Training activities to uphold ENBDâs standards of compliance, code of conduct, and customer protection for all sales units. The role assists in on-site inspections of agencies and desk reviews of registers and document handling; performs application pre-screening for sales submissions before system input and forwarding to RCC to minimize bank credit risk via available systems checks; reviews and processes non-STP tablet-sourced cases and generates reports, monitoring and following up discrepancies; reviews and verifies MIS received from CIE to ensure incentive files are accurately prepared; follows up with product teams on pricing and card delivery issues; prepares dashboards and MIS while ensuring basic compliance requirements for financial institutions are met; contributes to team goals, motivation, and coverage during staff absences to avoid delays; provides acceptable suggestions for better processes and productivity; strictly adheres to office discipline and punctuality; and promotes a team-based environment. The position requires a minimum graduate (Bachelorâs) with at least 2+ years of banking experience, proficiency in Excel analytics for creating, maintaining, and analyzing large datasets (MIS, dashboards, trackers), strong written and verbal communication skills for agency interactions, keen attention to detail to identify irregularities, and preferably certifications/diplomas such as CFE, CIA, or Internal Audit.

- Follow up with product teams on product-related issues including pricing and card delivery
- Ensure adherence to basic compliance requirements for financial institutions across activities
- Contribute to team goals and objectives, enhancing motivation and morale
- Cover other activities during staff absence to avoid delays within the team
- Provide suggestions to improve processes and productivity
- Adhere strictly to office discipline and punctuality; promote a team-based environment
- Prepare dashboards and MIS for monitoring, reporting, and decision support
Experience & skills
- Minimum Graduate (Bachelorâs degree)
- At least 2+ years of banking experience
- Proficiency in Excel analytics with ability to create, maintain, and analyze large datasets via MIS, dashboards, and trackers
- Preferred certifications/diplomas: CFE, CIA, or Internal Audit
- Good written and verbal communication skills for interacting with agency staff
- Strong attention to detail with ability to identify irregularities
